Quality control

Baraq textile International maintains the quality system of inspection and testing of the materials at receipt and during all stages of production, dispatch of finished products and ensures that the product conform specified requirements. No products are dispatched until all the activities specified in the quality plans and/or documented procedures have been satisfactorily completed. The company has established and maintained records, which provide the evidence that the products have been inspected and tested. All the matters related to quality assurance are discussed and reviewed by the top management in the quality council meetings. Each operation is handled with care starting from the pattern making stage, lay planning, fabric inspection, cutting, stitching, quality control, laboratories and warehousing, all are managed latest business and production standards. A strict critical path is in place and updated frequently ensuring customer demands are met on time.

Quality control division has two levels of quality check.

Quality Control: At this level product is strictly monitored at all levels of production to ensure the quality of the product.

Quality Assurance: At this level finished product is finally audited before the dispatch.
